Legendary army, Rebel Penguin Federation, have been able to average eye-popping numbers over the past month.
The Rebel Penguin Federation, started way back in the land before time, have been showing off some great numbers for a while now. On September 2nd the new RPF site had its first post by Kevin, their proud leader, that went straight to scheduling an event. Even though there was only one comment, there was a much larger attendance. This spectacular attendance would start the benevolent events that would soon follow.
Above we see a picture of ten soldiers standing in a solid line. All but one are performing a tactic. It was obvious that the the new generation of the Rebel Penguin Federation held a considerable amount of potential. Going along with the flow of things, Kevin kept up with the pride generating from the event. He went along planning a lot more events and got other owners like Daisy to help fix up the ranks. RPF was getting organized, and quickly.
Things took a drastic turn when Kevin retired, leaving Daisy in the leader position (now retired). Paco made a post a day later, on the 16th, announcing his return but surprisingly took it back; he was deciding to stay out of it. Pain was then introduced as leader and immediately scheduled events. Once again it seemed like RPF would have a more brighter future ahead of them.
In a few short days afterwards a trio of higher ranked officers retire. Chrisi Blue, Pain, and Beast all step down from their current positions to pursue other things. This leaves a sizable mark in RPF, bringing their sizes down to a low five to seven soldiers on CP. This continues to be an obstacle that RPF have to overcome. Despite having smaller sizes before on CP, their chat sizes remain to dominate the charts for a small army.
In conclusion, one could use the Rebel Penguin Federation as a perfect example of how one leader can affect an army. Though they may have a great reputation for rising an army– once they leave, sizes have a tendency to drop by half or more. Innovation along might help bring them back up to the sizes they were having, yet a reader can’t forget that the sizes they number to this day are in fact very good. Good enough to rule the small army community. RPF focus on unscheduled events, for now, proving their chat sizes are moderate everyday.
When asked what RPF will be focusing on to improve sizes, Paco responded that the rebuilding process of recruiting and training is what will get the job done; more progress will be built upon that. The normal rebuilding process all armies know and love. It’s been socially accepted that to build up an army the normal thing is to recruit and train. No more though put into it, after that you should be showing bigger sizes. Typically it doesn’t work for most small armies, otherwise we’d see more of an variety.
The next question followed as what was Paco’s though on choice of leaders and how they can affect a armies size, for the good and bad. He responded wisely that he strongly believes in RPF‘s leaders and the theory of anyone can lead an army.
