MIGRATOR, Pirates’ Empire - The former CPA Central Top Ten army, Black Alliance honcho and condescending European army of the Army Community, the Pirates have come a long way from dropping all the way to the bottom of SMAC’s Top Ten and then creeping up towards the top, both with and without their now-former leader, Waterkid100, a well-known figure in the community.
Some days ago, the army, after raiding the Army of Club Penguin’s capital, Breeze, with the Special Weapons And Tactics, the army officially declared war on the ACP, but it is uncertain what has happened so far. This week also showed the historical fall of the Army of Club Penguin, an army renowned for living through thick and thin, highs and lows and never-dying but this week created history: the ACP hit first on the SMAC Top Ten, possibly the first time ever.
Apparently, after Waterkid100 left the army for uncertain and unknown reasons, the remaining army leader, Pongo, decided to appoint a co-leader; Bears. He stated the following when electing his co-leader on August 21st ’13:
Hello Pirates! Unfortunately Waterkid100 left Pirates yesterday. I don’t know if he will return. I’m sure he will. But in the mean time I will be taking over as ‘Pirates Supreme Captain’ but I want/need a co-leader. I was going to do an application, but I’ve decided not to. Congratulations Bears! When you see him on the chat, congratulate him! He deserves it. Bears has stuck by Pirates for roughly 1 year. Being completely loyal, not at all leaving. Like myself.
Prior to the electing of a new leader, the CPPA faced off against an unlikely competitor: the Cool Red Army in the SMAC Premier Cup round one. As far as I’m concerned, I know nothing about this army which has emerged out of nowhere but can say one thing for sure; the CPPA is certain to rise very soon.

While already written by me on CPAC, let me mention it here too. The ACP was raided by both the SWAT and CPPA armies but it seemed as if the ACP won due to bigger sizes. The ACP numbered about 14-18 while the SWAT managed about 10 troops and CPPA nearly or over 10 troops (not accurate, as always). After the raid, ACP’s leader Capncook stated the following in his speech:
This is Capncook, ACP Leader. Today, Breeze was attacked by an old enemy, one we know all too well. Led by the infamous Waterkid100, our enemy once again is The Black Alliance. This time however, the Black Alliance is in a weakened state; consisting only of the Club Penguin Pirate Army and the Special Weapons and Tactics (Army). We aren’t alone however, our friends over at the Rebel Penguin Federation might lend us a helping hand once again (After all, it’d be free servers for them). (…)
We have been oppressed many a time by our enemies. From the Light Troops, Night Warriors, Nachos and HSA to the AR and the UMA. Even the Black Alliance for some time when they were at their strongest. We have lost many wars this year and in 2012. This is where we draw the line, today, August 17, 2013. For we will no longer suffer defeat at the flippers of enemies who’s goals are simply to end us. No, in fact, we will make sure that we do not lose this war, or anymore wars so long as Tori and I are the ACP Commanders In Chief. We have already proved our mettle against the Black Alliance today as they unsuccessfully raided Breeze.

As you can see ACP, we have no intention of backing out of this war. Now, just saying we’re in this war and scheduling events will not help much. We must prepare, and we must work VERY HARD. Therefore I am issuing a state of constant mandatory recruiting (….)
To conclude this speech, are we going to let a bunch of sexist, racist, pigs like the Club Penguin Pirate Army beat us in a war? We’re not going to let anyone get the upper hand on us anymore. It’s finally our time to prove to the community and to ourselves that we’re still the dominant army, and that we will do whatever it takes to protect the community. YOU’RE the only one who can make a difference in the ACP by recruiting your butt off, so get to it!

Today we teamed up with SWAT to raid Anti Club Penguin’s capital, Breeze. It was a success. They used their entire force to defend it, and I bet they are tired out for their practice battle against the Ice Warriors in an hour. Here are the pictures of the great raid.
While already counting on the SWAT, no post, news or debate has sparked any word about the so-called war to see if it even exists or not. As for the summary, the CPPA will be focusing on the round against the Chaos Army in the SMAC Premier Cup and training sessions for the various major timezones.
